Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

* 1lb ground beef
* 1c chopped onion
* 1/2tsp salt
* 1c shredded chedder cheese
* 1/2c bisquick
* 1c milk
* 2 eggs

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400. Grease 9" pie pan. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
